How do you even start to talk about such a machine as this. No one needs one, and you couldn’t really drive it anywhere! Sure it’s a little impractical…but it’s so cool. I need one of these in my life! Ford and Ken Block’s Hoonigan Racing are responsible for this creation; an F-150 SVT Raptor that’s been transformed into “the world’s fastest snowcat”. It’s called RaptorTRAX.
RaptorTRAX – Supercharged 6.2-litre V8
The pickup features a Whipple supercharged 6.2-litre V8 (typically good for at least 650bhp), and a set of Mattracks rubber tracks. There is no doubt that this truck will do some insane speed over snow, and I would give my left leg to have a go in it.
Set to be displayed later this week at the Winter X Games in Aspen, the Ford F-150 RaptorTRAX has also received a couple of Recaro seats, a roof-mounted basket and an in-bed snowboard track. Ken Block says a video of the monster will be released next winter.
