What's the fastest car you've ever driven?
Say… what’s the fastest car you’ve ever driven?
Being an motoring journalist doesn’t mean you have a constant string of super-fast cars on your drive every month sadly, but, time to time, at Motor Verso I have had the opportunity to drive some pretty fast cars. And every now and then something really special comes along.
My fastest was the McLaren 650s
Only last month I got the opportunity to drive the McLaren 650s Coupe. The 650s has 641bhp and will do 0-60mph in 3 seconds flat and 0-186mph in 25.4 seconds. It’s fair to say, the car is insanely quick and possibly one of the fastest cars I will ever drive. To read more about the McLaren take look in our review section.
Okay, your turn. What’s the fastest car you’ve driven?

Two Wheeled Rally Cornering - Skillful or Lucky?
You don’t see this kind of action in F1.
Meet rally driver Óscar Barroso, and his co-driver David Míguez, negotiating a corner in San Pedro de Rocas during the 47th Rallye de Ourense.
Óscar Barroso = Legend
You can see in the video that Óscar comes into the corner at high speed and puts the car on two wheels as the car attempts to flip over. The car is travelling very quickly towards a very solid looking wall, but he manages to gently bring it back under control and get it around the corner without hurting himself, and coming away looking like a true legend.
Good work Óscar!

GoPro Teams Up with BMW Enabling in Car GoPro Control
GoPro and BMW have recently teamed up, so now it’s never been easier to record your hoonage antics. A selection of new model BMW cars will soon be able to control GoPro cameras directly from the dash. Just click record on the dash of the car and the connected GoPro cameras will be remotely activated.
BMW GoPro
Starting in July, the owner of a 2012 or later, properly equipped, BMW or Mini will be able to control Wi-Fi-enabled GoPro cameras. The GoPro app has to be installed on an iPhone connected to the BMW. Once connected, the driver can select the GoPro app through the BMW Connected Drive or Mini Connected menu.
From the dash, drivers can view the camera’s field of view and control recording. The camera streams near-live video to the dash while the vehicle is stationary. But once the wheels turn the preview is no longer displayed.
GoPro Wi-Fi-enabled
GoPro introduced the Wi-Fi-enabled GoPro Hero 3+ camera that allows owners to use smartphone apps to preview camera placement and initiate recording. BMW takes that concept one step further.
This sort of integration is the next step for gadget makers. Car companies are increasingly looking for ways to differentiate themselves from the rest and embracing brands, like GoPro, Apple, and Google, is a key way to gain an edge.
